In Thursday's non-league match, the host Bosco Tech Tigers basketball team scored a tight 48-41 triumph over the Saugus Centurions.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 30. Bosco Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 60-47 non-league win over Northwood (Irvine, CA).
