Michigan High School Basketball - Napoleon can't hold off Jackson
December 28, 2023: Jackson, MI 49201 The Jackson Vikings basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Napoleon Pirates to 37 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dexter for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Jackson will battle a Dreadnaughts team coming off a 75-34 non-league loss to Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 3-4.
The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dansville (Dansville, MI). The Aggies enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Dansville was nudged by Saranac (Saranac, MI), 57-48, in a league contest.
