South Carolina High School Basketball - Chapman can't hold off St. Joseph's Catholic

The St. Joseph's Catholic Knights basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Chapman Panthers to 49 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Landrum for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. St. Joseph's Catholic will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 57-38 non-league win over Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-1.

The Panthers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Spartanburg Christian Academy (Spartanburg, SC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Spartanburg Christian Academy was nudged by High Point Academy (Spartanburg, SC), 46-21, in a non-league contest.
