West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 54-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Brook upgrades its record to 21-2 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Klein Oak (Spring, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 17-3. Klein Oak won 59-31 in their recent league bout against Klein Cain (Houston, TX)
