Oregon High School Basketball - Sonoma Valley can't hold off Seaside
December 28, 2023: Seaside, OR 97138 The Seaside Seagulls basketball team scored 33 points and restricted the visiting Sonoma Valley Dragons to 28 in the Seagulls non-league victory on Thursday.
The Seagulls now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Seaside will battle a Saints team coming off a 54-44 non-league win over Kentridge (Kent, WA). The Saints record now stands at 11-2.
The Dragons (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Matadors come into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Shadow Mountain was nudged by Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ), 73-16, in a non-league contest.
