In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Catholic Memorial Crusaders basketball team scored a good 58-46 triumph over the Franklin Sabers.

The Crusaders (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Muskego (Muskego, WI). The Warriors go into the Classic Eight contest with a 9-2 record.

In their next game, the Sabers battle the Brookfield East Spartans (Brookfield, WI) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Franklin will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record.
