In Saturday's non-league test, the Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) basketball squad defeated the visiting Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC), by a final score of 41-32.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Upper Arlington Golden Bears (Columbus, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, December 30. Howard will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Golden Bears come into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 44-37 non-league loss to Academy-Notre Dame De Namur (Villanova, PA).
