December 29, 2022: Wellington, TX 79095 Cooper Cougars (Abilene, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wellington Skyrockets (Wellington, TX), 44-41 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Cooper improves its record to 16-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Jarrell (Jarrell, TX) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 16-8. Jarrell lost 50-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX)
