California High School Basketball - Lynbrook can't hold off Foothill
December 29, 2022: San Jose, CA 95129 The Foothill Falcons basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Lynbrook Vikings to 40 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newark Memorial for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Foothill will battle a Cougars team coming off a 55-25 non-league win over Burlingame (Burlingame, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-6.
The Vikings (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA). The Vikings enter the Santa Clara Valley - De Anza contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Palo Alto nudged Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA), 66-39, in a non-league contest.
