Alabama High School Basketball - Hartselle nips Franklin County
December 29, 2022: Hartselle, AL 35640 Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Franklin County Rebels (Winchester, TN), 51-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hartselle upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jasper (Jasper, AL) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 17-1.
Next up, the Rebels play the Athens Golden Eagles (Athens, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Franklin County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 73-16 non-league win over Brooks (Killen, AL).
