The Mount Airy Christian Academy basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Veritas Christian Academy to 44 in the non-league triumph on Friday.

The now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greater Grace Christian Academy for a Maryland Independent League contest on Friday, January 5. Mount Airy Christian Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 67-47 non-league loss to Perryville (Perryville, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
