The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Loris Lions (Loris, SC) and the visiting Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV), observed Loris's basketball team edge Nitro by a score of 57-53.

The Lions (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Dillon (Dillon, SC). The Wildcats come into the AAA Region 5 challenge with a 3-5 record.
