December 29, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15206 West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) supporters left the game happy Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA), 63-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Allegheny advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA) to meet the Chargers in a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 6-0.
The Eagles now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brashear for a Pittsburgh City match on Friday, January 3. Obama Academy of International Studies will meet a Bulls squad coming off a 45-10 non-league win over Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulls record now stands at 3-1.
