Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA), 69-8 in a league bout.

With the win, Foresthill upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Wildfires host Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA) to play the Falcons in a Central Valley California League bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Forest Lake Christian won 35-29 in their recent league bout against Sacramento Waldorf (Fair Oaks, CA)

Next up, the Knights play the Sacramento Waldorf Waves (Fair Oaks, CA) in a Central Valley California League bout, on Thursday, January 5. Futures will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Waves go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 35-29 league loss to Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA).
