Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bishop Verot Vikings (Fort Myers, FL), 52-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Warriors host Gaffney (Gaffney, SC) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Gaffney won 69-53 in their recent non-league bout against Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Cathedral Prep Crusaders (Elmhurst, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Bishop Verot will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record.
