In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC) basketball squad beat the host Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders (Columbia, SC), by a margin of 57-47.

The Diamond Hornets (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against River Bluff (Lexington, SC). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 10-4 record.
