The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the McMullen County Cowboys (Tilden, TX) and the host Sabinal Yellowjackets (Sabinal, TX), observed McMullen County's basketball team knock off Sabinal by a score of 53-34.

The Cowboys (18-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Lasara (Lasara, TX). The Lions come into the 1A Region IV District 32 challenge with a 6-6 record.
