Temescal Canyon Titans (Lake Elsinore, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), 54-52 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Temescal Canyon advances its record to 5-10 on the year. The Titans travel to West Valley (Hemet, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 7-3. West Valley won 43-26 in their recent non-league match against Cathedral City (Cathedral City, CA)

The Senators now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Damonte Ranch for a 4A Northern match on Friday, January 3. Carson will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-49 non-league loss to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-11.
