South Carolina High School Basketball - North Brunswick triumphant over First Baptist School
December 30, 2024: Charleston, SC 29412 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) and the host First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC), observed North Brunswick's basketball team overwhelm First Baptist School by a score of 51-27.
The Scorpions (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, West Brunswick was routed by Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 81-62, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hurricanes encounter the Northwood Academy Chargers (Charleston, SC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 17. First Baptist School will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
