The Hoover Huskies nipped the host North Marion Huskies basketball squad by a final score of 53-51 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Lincoln County Panthers (Hamlin, WV) in a Cardinal outing, on Friday, January 3. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 1-5 record after their 72-43 non-league win over Summers County (Hinton, WV).
