Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Millville nudges Canton

December 4, 2023: Millville, PA 17846

Millville Quakers (Millville, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, PA), 51-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Millville upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Quakers host Juniata Christian (McAlisterville, PA) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Wyalusing Valley Rams (Wyalusing, PA) in a Northern Tier bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Canton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 56-53 non-league loss to Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA).
