Tennessee High School Basketball - Franklin nips Marshall County
December 5, 2023: Lewisburg, TN 37091 Franklin Admirals (Franklin, TN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Marshall County Tigers (Lewisburg, TN), 76-72 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Franklin upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Admirals travel to Cane Ridge (Nashville, TN) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Ravens come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Cane Ridge won 69-53 in their recent non-league bout against Lawson (Nashville, TN)
Next up, the Tigers play the Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Marshall County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 81-46 non-league loss to Summertown (Summertown, TN).
