Texas High School Basketball - Grace Prep overwhelms Covenant Christian

December 5, 2024: Arlington, TX 76003

The Grace Prep Lions basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Covenant Christian Cougars to 25 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Central Texas Academy for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. Grace Prep will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 53-36 non-league win over Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 16-2.

With the loss, Covenant Christian falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Mercy Culture Prep (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Royals in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31. The Royals go into the game with a record of 1-1.
