The Covington Trojans basketball squad (Covington, IN), was outscored 59-40 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN)

With the victory, North Montgomery advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Chargin' Chargers travel to Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN) to meet the Bruins in a Sagamore battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Bruins enter the battle with a record of 4-4. Tri-West Hendricks won 54-25 in their recent league battle against Western Boone (Thorntown, IN)

The Trojans now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin for a non-league battle on Friday, December 6.
