East Bakersfield Blades (Bakersfield, CA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA), 43-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, East Bakersfield advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Blades travel to Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA) to meet the Pirates in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 3-1. Morro Bay won 52-24 in their recent non-league match against North (Bakersfield, CA)
