In Thursday's non-league test, the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) basketball squad got by the host Newcomb Skyhawks (Newcomb, NM), by a score of 35-29.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 6. Taos will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 56-40 non-league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM).
