The Lago Vista Vikings basketball team scored 37 points and held the visiting Blanco Panthers to 36 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8.

The Panthers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Cooper nudged Big Spring (Big Spring, TX), 77-33, in a non-league contest.
