The Sheldon Huskies nipped the visiting Bakersfield Christian Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 65-60 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Huskies meet the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 3. Sheldon will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.

The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weston Ranch for a non-league match on Saturday, December 7.
