Georgia High School Basketball - Salem nips Towers

December 6, 2024: Conyers, GA 30013

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Salem Seminoles basketball team scored a close 49-47 triumph over the Towers Titans.

The Seminoles (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia (Decatur, GA). The Eagles go into the AA Region 6 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Columbia nipped Johnson (Savannah, GA), 73-62, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Titans battle the Lakeside Vikings (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Towers will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 43-42 league loss to Shiloh (Snellville, GA).
