With the victory, Cherokee Trail advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Legacy (Broomfield, CO) to meet the Lightning in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 7. The Lightning enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Legacy won 59-52 in their recent non-league battle against Castle View (Castle Rock, CO)
