North Carolina High School Basketball - Vance County holds off Jordan

December 6, 2024: Henderson, NC 27537

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Vance County Vipers basketball team scored a close 33-29 triumph over the Jordan Falcons.

The Vipers (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Louisburg (Louisburg, NC). The Warriors go into the 2A/3A Northern Lakes contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Louisburg nipped Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC), 64-20, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons confront the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Jordan will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 43-33 non-league loss to Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC).
