The New Covenant Gryphons basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots to 22 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Gryphons now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fuqua for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8.

The Patriots (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.
