In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Liberty Patriots basketball team scored a good 55-35 triumph over the Bakersfield Drillers.

The Patriots (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Tehachapi topped Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA), 59-36, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Drillers confront the Golden Valley Bulldogs (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Bakersfield will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 42-27 non-league win over Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA).
