The Kenston Forest Kavaliers basketball squad (Blackstone, VA), was outscored 61-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC)

With the victory, Northeast Academy advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Eagles host Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC) to meet the Raiders in a NCISAA Tarheel battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 3-7. Pungo Christian Academy won 48-32 in their recent non-league battle against Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA)

The Kavaliers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot for a VISAA Division IV battle on Monday, December 9. Kenston Forest will meet a Knights squad coming off a 35-21 non-league win over Cristo Rey (Richmond, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-0.
