Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA), 39-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Tamalpais advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Red Tailed Hawks host Foothill (Pleasanton, CA) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 2-3. Foothill lost 52-20 in their recent non-league match against Freedom (Oakley, CA)

The Lions now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pittsburg for a Bay Valley match on Tuesday, December 10. Liberty will face a Pirates squad coming off a 62-43 non-league loss to James Logan (Union City, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-2.
