With the victory, Southwest improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Madison (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Madison lost 68-61 in their recent non-league challenge against West Brook (Beaumont, TX)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. El Paso will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 67-40 non-league loss to Canutillo (Canutillo, TX).
