California High School Basketball - Buena Park holds off Northwood
December 9, 2022: Irvine, CA 92620 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Buena Park Coyotes (Buena Park, CA) and the host Northwood Timberwolves (Irvine, CA), saw Buena Park's basketball squad hold off Northwood by a tally of 58-51.
With the victory, Buena Park improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Coyotes host El Modena (Orange, CA) to confront the Vanguards in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Vanguards come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.
Next up, the Timberwolves confront the Costa Mesa Mustangs (Costa Mesa, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Northwood will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 91-63 non-league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA).
