In Monday's non-league contest, the host North Valleys Panthers basketball team scored a big 64-22 triumph over the North Tahoe Lakers.

The Panthers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Douglas was trounced by Reed (Sparks, NV), 49-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lakers battle the Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV) in a 2A Northern contest, on Friday, December 13. North Tahoe will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
