Kentucky High School Basketball - Oyler overwhelms Covington Latin
February 1, 2025: Covington, KY 41015 The Oyler MAD Hatters basketball team scored 92 points and limited the host Covington Latin Trojans to 24 in the MAD Hatters non-league triumph on Saturday.
The MAD Hatters now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they host Jefferson Township for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Oyler will confront a Broncos team coming off a 75-22 non-league loss to Mississinawa Valley (Union City, OH). The Broncos record now stands at 2-9.
With the loss, Covington Latin falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Francis Parker (Louisville, KY) to confront the Wyverns in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Wyverns go into the game with a record of 3-5.
