Indiana High School Basketball - Washington Township overwhelms Culver Community

The Washington Township Senators basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Culver Community Cavaliers to 17 in the Senators non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Senators now have a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hebron for a Porter County game on Thursday, February 6. Washington Township will confront a Hawks team coming off a 70-55 non-league win over Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN). The Hawks record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Culver Community falls to 1-14 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. The Knights go into the game with a record of 7-9. DeMotte Christian won 54-50 in their recent league game against Faith Christian (Lafayette, IN)
