Lakeland Christian Academy Cougars (Winona Lake, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN), 71-52 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lakeland Christian Academy advances its record to 4-10 on the year. The Cougars travel to Granger Christian (Granger, IN) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. The Knights enter the match with a record of 5-5. Granger Christian won 46-33 in their recent non-league match against Shenandoah Valley Academy (New Market, VA)

The Raiders now own a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jay County for a Allen County match on Thursday, February 6. Southern Wells will face a Patriots squad coming off a 56-41 non-league loss to Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 8-7.
