The Waukee Warriors basketball squad (Waukee, IA), was nudged 70-69 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lincoln Lynx (Council Bluffs, IA)

With the victory, Lincoln advances its record to 16-0 on the year. The Lynx host Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA) to meet the Yellowjackets in a Missouri River battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Yellowjackets enter the battle with a record of 2-14. Jefferson lost 102-56 in their recent league battle against Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA)

The Warriors now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Urbandale for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4.
