South Dakota High School Basketball - Madison knocks off McCook Central/Montrose
February 11, 2025: Madison, SD 57042 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Madison Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 74-56 win over the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Central (Hartford, SD). The Trojans come into the A Region 3 contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, West Central defeated Tea (Tea, SD), 67-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Fighting Cougars battle the Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 15. McCook Central/Montrose will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Scotties come into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 68-44 non-league loss to Lyman (Presho, SD).
