February 11, 2025: Akron, OH 44312 The Manchester Panthers (Akron, OH) basketball crushed the host Springfield Spartans (Akron, OH), 74-45 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Triway for a Principals bout on Friday, February 14. Manchester will play a Titans team coming off a 51-36 league win over Tuslaw (Massillon, OH). The Titans record now stands at 11-9.
With the loss, Springfield falls to 0-21 on the campaign. The Spartans host Woodridge (Peninsula, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a Metro bout on Thursday, February 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Woodridge won 72-61 in their recent non-league bout against Roosevelt (Kent, OH)
