February 11, 2025: Columbia, MO 65202 The Battle Spartans basketball squad (Columbia, MO), was nudged 49-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fatima Comets (Westphalia, MO)
With the victory, Fatima advances its record to 13-7 on the year. The Comets host Southern Boone (Ashland, MO) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 9-11.
The Spartans now own a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Helias for a non-league battle on Friday, February 14. Battle will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 68-39 non-league loss to Lift for Life Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-9.
