The Desert Mountain Wolves basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Mountain Pointe Pride to 48 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolves now possess a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Arizona College Prep for a 5A East Sky game on Thursday, February 13. Desert Mountain will confront a Knights team coming off a 46-42 league win over Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 12-10.

With the loss, Mountain Pointe falls to 5-18 on the campaign. The Pride host Verrado (Buckeye, AZ) to confront the Vipers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Vipers go into the game with a record of 7-16. Verrado won 59-28 in their recent league game against North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ)
