The Dexter Demons basketball squad (Dexter, NM), was nudged 57-52 in Tuesday's league battle with the host New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM)

With the victory, New Mexico Military Institute advances its record to 3-9 on the year. The Colts travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to meet the Warriors in a 3A District 4 battle on Friday, February 14. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 12-10. Ruidoso won 38-33 in their recent league battle against Tularosa (Tularosa, NM)

The Demons now own a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tularosa for a 3A District 4 outing on Friday, February 14. Dexter will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 38-33 league loss to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-14.
