South Carolina High School Basketball - Ridge Spring-Monetta victorious over Horse Creek Academy

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans basketball team scored a good 52-44 triumph over the Horse Creek Academy Stallions.

The Trojans (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC). The Saints go into the A Region 3 contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Calhoun County was topped by Williston-Elko (Williston, SC), 45-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Stallions battle the Blackville-Hilda Fighting Hawks (Blackville, SC) in a A Region 3 contest, on Thursday, February 13. Horse Creek Academy will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Fighting Hawks go into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 47-33 league loss to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC).
