Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard North thwarts Omaha North

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) and the host Omaha North Vikings (Omaha, NE), observed Millard North's basketball team knock off Omaha North by a score of 65-56.

The Mustangs (18-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Westview (Omaha, NE). The Wolverines come into the non-league bout with a 18-2 record. In their last bout, Westview gained a win over Columbus (Columbus, NE), 62-42, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Omaha North falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Vikings host Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE) to play the Silver Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 13. The Silver Hawks go into the bout with a record of 14-6. Lincoln Southwest lost 63-52 in their recent non-league bout against Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE)
