The Northwest Jaguars topped the visiting Gaithersburg Trojans basketball team by a final score of 61-46 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) in a Montgomery 4A West game, on Friday, February 16. Northwest will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 11-6 record after their 58-37 non-league win over Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD).
